Municipal swimming-bath
The solar-heated outdoor pool is located at the foothill of the Fragenstein castle. 

It disposes of a big sunbathing lawn with shady trees. Table tennis, table soccer, chess and boccia

Miniature golf
Miniature golf course in beautiful settings. 

Golf
- The championship golf course at Seefeld-Wildmoos (18-hole,par 72,SSS 72), which has been integrated successfully into a nature conservation area, is located just 35 minutes away by car.
- Alternatively, the Golf Academy in Seefeld organizes courses (beginner and advanced standard) for individuals, groups or company paries and has a spacious driving range, putting green, chipping green and 6 courses.
- Golf in Innsbruck/Igls.

Horse-riding
The nearest stables are in Telfs, Unterperfuss and Seefeld. Guided excursions (experienced riders only) and group and individual tuition available.

Inn river promenade from Zirl to Inzing via alder marshland 
easy walk along the river Inn across alder marshland to the 
Gaisau bird preserve / distance: 5 km / duration: 1 hour 

Inn river promenade from Zirl to Eigenhofen
about 50 m from the Hotel Brücke turn right, 
easy walk along the river Inn to Eigenhofen / duration: 45 minutes

Kreuzweg
Tackle the Tyrolean mountains in the saddle
Relaxing cycle tours, 
or mountain bike tours for the more ambitious.

Inntal cycling trail
Cycling trail along the Inn river, across lush green meadows. 
The trail leads from Zirl via Unterperfuß to Innsbruck. Take a rest on one of the countless benches along the river! Ideal for the whole family. 

Inntal cycling trail - Zirl to Landeck
from Zirl to Landeck via Inzing, Hatting, Polling, Telfs and Imst 
Along the Inn river to Landeck. You can take the train for your way back. 
The shorter trail leads to Telfs and Imst

Inntal cycling trail - Zirl to Kufstein
from Zirl to Kufstein via Schwaz and Wörgl 
Along the Inn river to the German border - and for cycling enthusiasts even further across Bavaria to Upper Austria and Passau. For your way back the trains are at your disposal.

Mountainbike trail - Hochzirl to Brunntal
from Hochzirl via the Flieser forest trail to the Farntal trail and the Brunntal hut where delicious snacks are served - beautiful mixed forest and larch forest.

Ruine Fragenstein - Rasthaus am Zirlerberg
from Zirl to the Fragenstein Ruin (20 minutes), go on above the street of the Zirlerberg to the Rasthaus Zirlerberg. A very varied hiking trail 
distance: 3 km duration: 1 hour level of difficulty: easy 

Wanderweg Höhenpromenade
Easy round trail via Schloßbachklamm gorge with a view of Zirl and the beautiful surroundings / distance: 5 km / duration: 1 hour 

Schöne Aussicht - Vogelweg 
From Zirl via the outdoor shooting range in the Schloßbachklamm gorge to the "Schöne Aussicht" panoramic trail. Countless benches with a magnificent view are awaiting you! Along the "Vogelweg" path to Hochzirl
Duration: 1,5 hours 

Hochzirler Rundwanderweg
Hike or drive to Hochzirl. There you find an easy footpath in 1000 m altitude.   

Ehnbachklamm - gorge hiking trail 
Following the Ehnbach streamlet across romantic woods and gorges 
to Hochzirl - duration: 1 ½ hours
or the Brunntal valley - duration 1 ½ hours 
at the end of the gorge turn right - through shaded mixed forest, beautiful meadow-land to the Brunntal way and the Brunntal hut.

Magdeburger Hütte - Kirchbergköpfl
From the Brunntal hut to the Magdeburger Hütte - beautiful footpath to one of the most magnificent views. View over the whole Inn valley.

Pleinerweg
from Hochzirl via the Pleiner to the Solnalm alp and then to the Solsteinhaus Alpine hut / duration: 3 hours 

Der Klettersteig
The climbing path to the Kaiser-Max-Grotto is for all levels and ambitions - a truly unique experience in the heart of unspoilt nature but the Martinswand climbing area is only for experienced climbers.

Grotto

Rafting in the Imst Gorge
Enjoy this unique river course, with its spectacular rollers and stoppers. This fun excursion is the ideal tour for rafting beginners. From the town of Imst, we raft through the Imst and Roppen gorges as far as the rafting camp in Silz.
